About the Role

As a Supervisor/Assessor at ABC Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland. Your proven project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works
  • Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
  • Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing trade activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards
Qualifications
  • QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites required.
  • Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
