• Fashion-Focused Leader: You have a keen eye for trends and an innate ability to motivate your team to inspire customers with the latest jewellery trends.
• Can Do Attitude: You know how to lead by example, manage a team, and keep everyone engaged and focused on achieving store goals. You're comfortable making decisions and creating a positive store culture.
• Customer Experience: Delivering outstanding customer service is your top priority. You understand that every interaction is an opportunity to create an unforgettable experience for our customers.

The Role: As a Store Manager at Lovisa, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Your Duties Will Include

• Inspire your team to provide exceptional customer experience, where every customer feels truly valued and respected. Create an inclusive, positive vibe in-store where genuine connections are made, and each visit is an unforgettable experience. We're all about making our customers feel special, and you'll lead the way
• Managing daily operations, ensuring that stock is well-managed. It's all about creating an inspiring, on-brand experience for our customers while maintaining our 50 Points of Perfection in every detail.
• Driving sales and achieving targets while maintaining a fun, Team-focused atmosphere.
• Ensuring Team are trained, engaged, and aligned with Lovisa's 10+ 1 Culture Commitments.
• Providing coaching and development opportunities for your Team.
• Ensure Visual Excellence by executing store visual merchandising with excitement and precision, making sure the Lovisa brand shines through and the latest trends are always front and centre.
