Job Title: Flagship Store Manager

This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a flagship store. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading teams and achieving business objectives. You will be expected to work collaboratively with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages customer loyalty.
  • Commercial Operations:
  • Manage store inventory, stock levels, and merchandise planning.
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budgeted targets.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the store team.
  • Encourage and support diverse perspectives, ideas, and experiences.
  • Working Conditions:

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
