What role will you play?

As Digital Producer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality web experiences for our customers.

You will collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously deliver, improve and innovate digital experiences for our customers, including the management of existing content and assets across the website to ensure it is accurate and meaningful.

In addition, you will analyse data to measure the impact of various initiatives, and draw insights and recommendations for optimisations using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. You will act as a subject matter expert on the technical aspects of digital production, including website design and development and content management systems.

What You Offer

• 3+ years of experience in crafting and delivering website or digital experiences as a digital producer or similar role in consulting, growth marketing, or website management / design/ experience/ development.
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with managing engineering releases, including testing and collaborating with developers to fix and enhance digital experiences. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication, planning and negotiation skills.
• Experience with agile methodology, or managing prioritisation of work. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SEO, UX/UI and accessibility best practices, and conducting growth experiments.
