Our client is a respected not-for-profit with three decades of experience supporting children with hearing loss and communication needs. Their Sunshine Coast centre is part of a wider network of clinics across Queensland, delivering life-changing services in audiology and speech pathology. They're now looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their multidisciplinary team – someone who wants to do meaningful work in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
What's on Offer- Salary range: A$81,000–A$120,000 per year plus super
- Access full NFP salary packaging benefits: Up to $15,899 (tax-free) + $2,600 meals/entertainment card
- Regional incentive: annual bonus of $1,000–$5,000
- Professional Development: $1,000 annual allowance + 2 days paid PD leave
- Well-established graduate program (12–24 months) with exceptional outcomes
- Progression pathways into leadership, education, or clinical specialisation
- Sensible caseloads – 5 billable hours/day, with admin time factored in
- On-site support: Allied Health Assistants and experienced business staff
- Sponsorship available for overseas candidates with 3+ years of experience
- Provide speech pathology support to children and families – a mix of general communication and hearing-related needs
- Centre-based with optional telehealth – no travel to homes
- Work closely with audiologists, therapists, and admin teams
- Deliver early intervention using a family-focused model
- Build a caseload that plays to your clinical strengths and interests
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Australian working rights or eligibility for skilled sponsorship
- New grads through to experienced clinicians welcome
