Lorna Jane has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and senior creative to join Lorna Jane as a Visual Merchandise Manager for QLD.

Responsibilities
  • Executing the National VM Strategy across a 31-store portfolio.
  • Analysing data to create commercial VM strategies in store that promote high foot traffic and drive sales.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of new collection launches to promote strong sell through in line with business benchmarks.
  • Driving concept evolvement, aligning stores with current brand focuses and initiatives.
  • Managing all store openings, refits, relocations, and closures within the state.
  • Supporting the setup of events held within the state, delivering a relevant customer experience.
  • Training and developing Retail teams to ensure understanding of VM principles, company standards and consistency.
  • Collaborating with Sales Leaders to develop and implement clear strategies to optimise sales and sell through.
About You
  • Previous experience as a multi-site VM within the fashion industry with proven ability to lead and motivate.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Resilience, agility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving and sound business decision making.
  • Effective communication and intent in interactions.
  • Full driver's license and reliable car.
