About the role

As a Site Manager at DIMEO CLEANING SERVICES PTY LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations for a key client site based in the Fremantle metropolitan area. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional and efficient cleaning services to our valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a team of cleaning professionals to deliver outstanding service
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues that arise
  • Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of cleaning staff and resources across the site
  • Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the cleaning team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies within cleaning operations
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in a similar supervisory role within the cleaning industry
  • Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop a team of cleaning professionals
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to coordinate operations across multiple sites
  • Familiarity with cleaning standards, industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
