WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
You'll spearhead the creation and refinement of marketing channels to achieve impactful outcomes. You'll orchestrate targeted campaigns(SEO, Paid Search and Paid Social) tailored to diverse industries. Your role will entail fostering seamless communication channels, both within our internal teams and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration throughout the campaign lifecycle. You'll wield your strong communication skills to deliver insightful reports, analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to clients and SBM management alike.
Collaborating closely with strategists, producers, and specialists, you'll contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives. From crafting and refining digital marketing campaigns to analysing data to optimise performance, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks aimed at driving success for our clients and our agency alike.
YOU WILL NEED...
- 3+ years' experience working with in an agency environment - Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO
- Agency experience
- Experience in creating and optimising Google Ads - Search, Shopping/Pmax, Display and Remarketing
- Experience in creating and optimising Meta and LinkedIn Ads - further platforms are beneficial
- Experience in on-page SEO optimisations - Off-Page and Technical SEO skills are an added benefit
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confidence to relay performance metrics to senior management and external clients/stakeholders
- CMS management experience - Shopify and Wordpress ideally
- Experience collaborating across different departments, Development, Design, Creative etc
- Experience across lead gen and eCom campaigns
- Experience across tools like Forecast, ClickUp and Harvest for campaign management
IT'S NICE TO HAVE...
- Experience using project management tools - Clickup, Monday or Jira is ideal
