The Registered Nurse will coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients/clients, adhering to SESLHD and hospital policies and standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify key messages and concerns.
- Ability to engage proactively with patients and guide others in service excellence.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Basic computer skills and experience with health information systems.
- Knowledge of risk management, safety, and quality principles.
- Recent post-registration experience in an acute care setting.
- Postgraduate degree in nursing or related health field, or current postgraduate studies.
