Overview

Showroom Concierge / Reception - Inner South Sydney at Reece Group. This role is part of the Bathroom Life team in Inner South Sydney, acting as front of house to welcome builders, interior designers and homeowners to the showroom and assist consultants to guide customers through their renovation process.

Your day to day / Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone
  • Ensuring customers are cared for and have refreshments
  • Managing customer queries and orders via email and phone
  • Assisting the team to prepare quotes, process payments and arrange deliveries
  • Keeping the showroom and reception area tidy and helping it run smoothly and safely
What we're looking for / Qualifications
  • Has previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team
  • Is organized and can spot when a customer or colleague needs help
  • Is comfortable with a computer, can use PowerPoint and is happy to learn new systems
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career – either locally, within our network or head office
