About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Mildura Store.

This is a part-time position at 25 hours/week.

  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver team budgets and KPIs
  • Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • Executing Visual Merchandising in-store and using your discretion to make commercial decisions
  • Understanding Stock Management processes and prioritising tasks
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team
