About the role
The Lifecycle Campaigns Coordinator liaises with various stakeholders outside the Lifecycle team and provides support to deliver Lifecycle communications to meet business objectives. Working with the broader Lifecycle team, this role focuses on supporting the day-to-day running of the team, whilst also having important input on ways to continue to improve personalisation, campaign testing and optimisation, channel best practice, customer/donor journeys and campaign tracking and performance.

Working closely with the Lifecycle Campaigns Manager and collaboratively across marketing and the wider Donor Experience team, this role will also be accountable for supporting the update of lifecycle campaign assets in line with brand refresh to ensure the team continues to provide on time, accurate and effective work to contribute life-giving donations for life-changing outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience implementing lifecycle marketing initiatives and omnichannel campaigns across a range of targeted and personalised communication channels.
  • Understanding of marketing channels, specifically email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail & outbound call campaigns.
  • Development and execution of marketing automation campaigns including trigger-based and ad-hoc campaigns, utilising Oracle Eloqua is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience briefing agencies or design studios and managing end-to-end campaign processes.
  • Ability to leverage data and reporting to analyse and report on campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Problem solver and creative thinker that can deliver recommendations to improve processes and deliver on business requirements.
  • High level of computer skills, with well-developed MS-Office suite skills.
  • Experience in managing processes with sensitive and complex data.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time opportunity with a hybrid working environment based out of our Melbourne Processing Centre but we are open to candidates from different locations.
