Overview

Join Cobblers Hill Community Preschool as an Early Childhood Trainee. This is a full-time, maximum-term role (18 months) where you will learn on the job while working toward your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

What You Will Do
  • Work with and be supported by an experienced team of educators and teachers, educating and caring for children aged 0-5.
  • Learn on the job while earning and working toward your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive workplace and thrive within a team that values safeguarding and well-being of children.
  • Help create happy, healthy relationships and provide opportunities for children to learn through play and exploration.
What You Need To Succeed
  • You have to be 18 years or older.
  • No qualifications or experience is required.
  • You need to be able to work full-time hours.
  • Must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check for paid work ( NSW ).
  • Passion for creating better outcomes for local children, families, and communities.
  • Commitment to ensuring the children in our care are safe and healthy.
  • A fun-loving attitude and big smile.
