Your New Opportunity:

ResourceCo is a global leader in the recovery and re-manufacturing of primary resources, extracting maximum value for materials otherwise destined for landfill.

Due to considerable growth across the business, our Strategy team is seeking a highly capable strategy analyst to support the group with strategic planning, operational improvement, M&A and other strategic initiatives.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Perform market analysis to identify industry trends, threats and opportunities across the group
• Provide operational KPI analysis and modelling to identify operational improvement initiatives, cost opportunities and revenue opportunities
• Support both tactical and strategic pricing work (including long term contract pricing negotiations)
• Support strategic analysis and decision making for key strategic growth initiatives, including greenfield plant developments and M&A
• Assist in the coordination of M&A and other growth opportunities across the group, including financial modelling and business cases development
• Support the annual strategic planning process and budget setting
• Evolve and enhance business reporting to best align with operational and strategic value drivers

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in strategy consulting / investment banking / corporate finance or relevant in-house strategy / corporate development team
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills including strong financial and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-performance environment
• Well-developed (or developing) financial modelling skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
