Corporate Strategy Analyst - Construction

  • Inner city location/ Permanent Role

We're partnering with a fast-growing property group that's on the lookout for a commercially savvy Strategy Analyst to help shape their next phase of growth.

This is a broad, hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with delivery execution. You'll work across the full property lifecycle—from early feasibility and market intelligence through to planning, consultant engagement, and post-completion analysis. You'll play a key role in bringing clarity to investment decisions, developing business cases, and delivering insights that drive performance.

In this role, you'll:

  • Contribute to strategy, business planning, business cases and growth initiatives
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform feasibility work
  • Build and review financial models
  • Provide performance insights across the project pipeline
  • Support consultant coordination, planning input, and due diligence activities
  • Translate strategic goals into practical, actionable plans
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools to support better decisions
  • Work closely with both internal stakeholders and external consultants

We're looking for someone with:

  • A strong grasp of the property development lifecycle
  • Analytical strengths and the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Exposure to feasibility analysis, due diligence, and strategic planning
  • Confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders, both technical and commercial
  • A balanced mix of commercial acumen and delivery focus
