Our Mackay warehouse is full steam ahead and, due to an increase in business needs, we are hiring Casual staff to join our team. This is a perfect opportunity to kick start your long-term career in a Wesfarmers business. We have lots of hours available across all start times in our operation between 6am to 9pm, Monday to Friday. This is a flexible casual role where you can tailor your work schedule to suit your needs, from 4 hours per week to 30 hours or more.

We are hiring quickly, with interviews starting in the next week or two, and an immediate start for those that are successful. Previous applicants for our Storeperson roles are encouraged to apply.

You must have full time unrestricted work rights in Australia to be considered.

What Your New Role Entails
  • Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
  • Receiving, labelling, and storing incoming goods
  • Conducting, sorting, loading, and unloading of vehicles
  • Ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and displayed
What You'll Bring With You
  • Good communication skills, a great work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
  • A customer service mindset and the ability to work well in a team
  • Previous warehousing experience within receiving, pick, pack and/or dispatch is an advantage
