Overview

Finance and Admin Business Partner role at Rarekind. Based in Silverwater, New South Wales, Australia. Full-time position with responsibilities spanning finance, admin, HR, and reporting. Responsibilities
  • Manage AP, AR, GL, payroll and banking end-to-end.
  • Own local and HQ reporting, stay ahead of BAS, PAYG, GST, FBT and super.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow; monitor controls and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support audits and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Handle HR basics and coordinate with specialists when needed.
  • Involve in hiring, onboarding and safety to keep the operation running smoothly.
  • Explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders and partner with the MD to drive business impact.
Who You Are
  • Experienced finance professional with 5+ years in SMEs; able to operate independently and drive outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax and payroll; trusted for accuracy and process discipline.
  • Comfortable reporting to overseas parent if applicable; able to learn quickly if not.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to translate finance for non-finance colleagues to influence decisions.
