Overview

HealthShare NSW is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement and Commissioning Manager to lead the strategic procurement and commissioning of high-value clinical equipment ($100M–$300M annual spend) across NSW Health. This role is responsible for managing complex negotiations, ensuring value for money, and overseeing the delivery, testing, and handover of equipment to Health Infrastructure and Local Health Districts.

Base pay range

A$166,678.00/yr - A$186,448.00/yr

The Opportunity

HealthShare NSW is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement and Commissioning Manager to lead the strategic procurement and commissioning of high-value clinical equipment ($100M–$300M annual spend) across NSW Health. This role is responsible for managing complex negotiations, ensuring value for money, and overseeing the delivery, testing, and handover of equipment to Health Infrastructure and Local Health Districts.

  • Lead the strategic procurement and commissioning of high-value clinical equipment ($100M–$300M annual spend) across NSW Health.
  • Manage complex negotiations, ensuring value for money and favourable commercial outcomes.
  • Oversee delivery, testing, and handover of equipment to Health Infrastructure and Local Health Districts.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within healthcare.
  • Deep knowledge of commissioning processes and public sector procurement.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive commercial outcomes and deliver critical health infrastructure projects.
