About the role?
Take the lead in managing the end-to-end process of lighting supply for large commercial projects. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, product claims, and warranty resolutions, all while ensuring exceptional service.
Be a vital part of our customer-focused team, delivering stunning architectural lighting solutions. Collaborate with both internal and external partners to meet tight deadlines and ensure top-quality results.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales support role, customer service or administrative role in a commercial setting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial support role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotes, orders, warranties, and deliveries while ensuring clear communication with clients and the sales team.
- Organize project planning, scope sessions, and coordinate activities from specification to post-installation, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
- Oversee quoting, technical inquiries, and liaise with internal teams (Production, Planning, Engineering, and Distribution) for smooth project execution.
- Maintain project standards, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Record, update, and store project documents using systems like Servoy, CRM, MS Office, or Draftsight.
- Coordinate resources and vendors, managing risks to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Measure project performance, manage scope, schedule, and cost changes, and report issues to management.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure proactive communication and project success.
