Earn $40+ per hour | Get paid to stay active
About the Role:
Join a fast-paced, physically demanding role where your strength and stamina are put to good use. Our client, a family-owned waste management company, is seeking physically fit HR Truck Drivers to help collect hard rubbish across Casey, Dandenong, and Yarra Valley. Based out of Wantirna, you'll be operating rear-lift trucks alongside one or two runners. No rear-lift experience necessary - full training provided
This is not just a driving job - it's for those who enjoy staying active and don't mind getting their hands dirty.
What We're Looking For:
- HR Licence and solid driving experience
- Excellent physical fitness - able to repeatedly lift up to 25kg
- Willingness to work outdoors and handle heavy items
- Safety-focused team players with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and ready to take on a physical workload every day
What's in It for You:
- $40+ per hour + super + generous overtime
- 10-12 hour active shifts (occasional Saturdays)
- Penalty rates for overtime
- On-the-job training and supportive team environment
