What does the job look like?

Become a key player in the Linfox team as a Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver, supporting one of Australia's leading retailers. Drive our new fleet of 10- and 14-pallet trucks and experience driving in comfort, safety, and style.

As an HR driver, you will play a vital role in keeping shelves stocked across Melbourne metro stores, ensuring communities receive essentials when needed. We offer various shift patterns to suit your lifestyle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Safely operate HR vehicles across Melbourne metro routes
  • Represent Linfox professionally on every delivery – courteous, efficient, and friendly
  • Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility and road transport laws

Are you the right fit?

If you are self-motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to grow, we support ongoing learning and upskilling. You should demonstrate:

  • A current unrestricted HR licence with load restraint experience
  • Good knowledge of Melbourne metro and surrounding areas
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude and strong fatigue management
  • A proven record of safe driving and professional behavior
