The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our high-performing team and bring sharp analytical thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, and a passion for continuous improvement. You'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to manage forecasts, uncover insights, and influence outcomes across our Route and Grocery channels. You'll need to be confident, curious, and commercially savvy – someone who can hold their own with senior stakeholders and bring data to life through storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimise demand planning processes, from new product launches to promotional forecasting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align assumptions, challenge plans, and drive forecast accuracy.
Lead scenario planning and root cause analysis to support agile decision-making.
Represent demand planning in key meetings, bridging the gap between supply chain and sales.
Take ownership of strategic processes like NPD, S&OE, or long-term forecasting, rotating quarterly.

About You

Stakeholder management: You understand your stakeholders and build effective relationships to achieve business objectives.
Advanced analytical abilities: You can interpret complex data and have experience manipulating statistical models to improve overall forecast performance.
Proficiency with SAPIBP DP: You're adept in SAP and can help drive the technological innovation journey.
Commercial acumen: You can discuss changes within the demand environment and relate them back to real business impact.
Effective communication and storytelling: You simplify complex data and convey insights across stakeholders, especially the Commercial team, bridging the gap between data science and business decisions to drive action.
Root cause analysis and problem solving: You're capable of transforming processes, people, and technology based on a well-constructed understanding of the problem.
Team-first mindset: You thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment and contribute to a culture built on mutual respect and shared success.
Continuous improvement mindset: You're relentless in your pursuit of excellence and always looking for ways to refine forecasts, challenge assumptions, and elevate team performance.
