What You'll Be Doing

As an Enrolled Nurse on our Medical Ward, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients with a range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Working under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse, you'll contribute to assessment, care planning, and implementation of individualised treatment plans. Your role will include monitoring patients, administering medications, supporting daily living activities, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with NSW Health policy and the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards. You'll play an integral part in multidisciplinary team discussions, patient education, and discharge planning, all while upholding our CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.

The MNCLHD are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our team at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
