What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Registered Nurse Division 1
  • Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nurse Unit Manager – Level 1 or Acting Clinical Nurse Unit Manager – Level 1 / Team Leader in a critical care environment
  • Demonstrated relevant clinical nursing experience
  • Ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing/midwifery staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Postgraduate nursing qualifications in management, or working towards same
  • Flexible rotating roster including mornings, evenings and nights, 7 days per week
