We're expanding and looking for a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented Administration and Customer Liaison Officer to join our team

In this vital support role, you'll assist our team of Finance Brokers by ensuring smooth processes, keeping documents on track, and delivering top tier service to our clients. You don't need a background in finance. If you've got strong admin experience and love staying organised, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Providing high quality administrative support to our Broker team
  2. Communicating with customers to collect and follow up on documentation
  3. Liaising with lenders to help progress finance applications
  4. Updating and maintaining CRM systems and digital records
  5. Preparing relevant documentation during application and settlement stages
  6. Assisting with post settlement compliance and accurate file management
  7. Supporting customer retention with outstanding service and follow up

What you'll bring:

  1. Previous experience in administration or office support (essential)
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. A professional, confident phone manner
  4. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
