About Brisbane Health Services

We support people of all ages living with a disability to achieve their goals and reach their potential by working in partnership with our participants.

Our Allied Health Practice comprises Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists delivering flexible mobile community services to NDIS participants.

This full-time office-based role is located in Nundah and involves administrative duties supporting service delivery and team management.

Main Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for participants, support coordinators, and stakeholders, providing general reception duties and following up/responding to face-to-face, telephone, and requests.
  • Manage referrals and appointment bookings.
  • Create new participant files, enter information into our client management system (PracSuite), and draft service agreements.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-organised workplace.
  • Represent the organisation professionally when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Support Area Managers and teams with administrative tasks to aid service management.
About You

We seek a team member who will support clinicians and engage with participants, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Administrative experience, preferably within a multidisciplinary team (experience with NDIS advantageous).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to unexpected changes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, client management, financial, and HR systems.
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain at own cost.
  • Working with Children check or willingness to obtain at own cost.
  • Australian work visa.
  • Australian driver's license.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain at own cost.
  • Medical assessment for employment at own cost.
