Senior Policy and Senior Project Officers

Are you an experienced, engaged and strategic individual who enjoys working in a high performing team environment?

We are seeking talented individuals to support our Health Networks Directorate (HND) team in making a difference to the health and wellbeing of Western Australians.

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and initiatives across various settings and sectors, utilising their strong communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship building skills to deliver quality results.

About the Roles:
- The Clinical Engagement Team provides policy and project support by collaborating with clinical areas to inform policy, patient safety and quality, and service planning initiatives.
- The End of Life Care Team provides policy and project support for the delivery of Government priorities relating to voluntary assisted dying, palliative care and advance care planning.
- The Primary Care & Disability Team provides program and project support for the delivery of State and Commonwealth Government priorities relating to primary care and disability delivery and system partnerships.
- The Consumer Engagement and Inclusion Team provides strategic leadership to enable genuine engagement and partnership with consumers, carers and community to support quality, equitable and accessible health for all.

We are looking for people who are positive, resilient and able to work in a collaborative environment. You will need to demonstrate your ability to work flexibly, think critically and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will be responsible for leading and contributing to a mix of project, program and policy initiatives, requiring strong project management, advisory and analytical skills to deliver quality results across multiple priorities and often within tight timeframes.
