Facilities Assistant Join a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and problem-solving abilities make a real impact

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Facilities Assistant to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our state-of-the-art facility. If you enjoy a variety of tasks, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Supervising service providers and ensuring smooth facility operations.
  • Performing maintenance tasks, equipment tests, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Supporting temperature mapping activities and ensuring equipment calibration.
  • Coordinating minor repairs, building improvements, and warehouse maintenance.
  • Maintaining logs, spare parts inventory, and tools.
  • Documenting processes and results for Quality review.
  • Being part of a 24/7 on-call roster to assist with emergencies.
  • Working across temperature-controlled environments (+15 to +25°C, +2 to +8°C, -20 to -30°C).
  • Participating in occasional weekend tasks.

Experience
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg safely.
  • Strong English reading and comprehension skills to follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and use sound judgment.
  • Experience with electrical installations.
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to build strong working relationships.

Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in facility or warehouse maintenance.
  • HVAC operation and maintenance experience.
  • High Reach Forklift license (preferred).

Other Key Information
  • This role requires availability for extended hours when needed, participation in a 24/7 emergency roster, and occasional weekend work.
  • You'll be expected to comply with all relevant safety, quality, and operational procedures, as well as international standards (Good Practice, International Air Transport Association, International Organization for Standardization, etc.).
