From brief to freezer – lead the charge on projects from concept to launch

Hold on to your Gantt chart – Peters Ice Cream is on the hunt for a proactive, organised and switched-on Project Manager to drive innovation, renovations, and retailer-specific NPD projects across Australia's most iconic freezer-aisle brands.

This isn't just about managing tasks — it's about owning complex, fast-paced projects that bring ideas to life, meet tight deadlines, and hit shelves with impact. Whether it's launching a new indulgent flavour, refreshing packaging or products, or developing exclusive products for retail partners like ALDI and Costco, you'll be at the centre of it all.

Here is what you'll be doing:

• Leading multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously – from innovation and renovations to private-label and retailer-exclusive initiatives, you'll manage concept-to-shelf delivery with excellence.
• Owning project timelines – you'll drive critical paths, hold stakeholders accountable, and keep everything moving to hit launch.
• Champion cross functional project excellence – collaborating with marketing, product development, supply chain, operations, packaging, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time, in budget, and to brief.
• Ensuring product quality – as part of our ongoing quality assurance reviews alongside attending trials and first production runs of NPD at the on-site factory.
• Reporting & risk management – providing clear project updates through the stage and gate process, identifying bottlenecks and roadblocks, and keep projects on track. Comfortable presenting to both internal, external, local and global stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience managing complex NPD projects – ideally in FMCG or food manufacturing
• Proven ability to juggle multiple timelines, vendors, stakeholders, and deadlines
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator
• You're a planner at heart but can pivot when the game changes
