Job Title: Loan Set Representative
Shift: 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Belrose, NSW
Pay Rate: $31.96 per hour
Contract: Minimum 6-month contract with potential for permanent employment

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Set Representative to join the operations team in Belrose. You'll be responsible for managing surgical loan sets, ensuring accurate packing, dispatch, tracking, and returns - all while supporting Zimmer Biomet's world-class product portfolio.

What You'll Do

Coordinate daily loan set bookings and shipments

Pick, pack, and dispatch surgical kits accurately and on time

Track and manage the return process

Liaise with couriers, theatre staff, and sales teams

Maintain accurate inventory using Zimmer Biomet systems

Support ongoing improvements to systems and processes

Ensure compliance with service and quality standards

Prepare reports and assist with invoicing

What We're Looking For
