Job Title: Corporate Affairs Administrator - Brisbane Office

We're a globally integrated audit, tax and advisory firm with offices in over 100 countries and territories. Our Corporate Affairs Secretarial team has an opportunity for a Corporate Affairs Administrator.

About the role:
The objective of the role is to deliver high-quality assistance to the Corporate Affairs Manager and clients to ensure they are meeting their ASIC obligations and requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the firm corporate affairs, including company incorporations and trust establishments.
  • Preparation of client documents, letters & responding to requests.
  • Assisting with corporate secretarial duties with ASIC, annual reviews, ASIC forms, lodgements etc.
  • Maintenance of ASIC debtors.
  • Communication with the ASIC in relation to basic client matters.
  • Coordination of the out-for-signature and lodgement process.
  • Maintenance of paper & electronic corporate & trust filing systems.
  • Provision of support to reception by answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, answering queries, welcoming guests and maintaining meeting rooms.
  • Any other general administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the firm.

  • Requirements:
  • Administrative experience within a professional services firm (preferably in the public practice environment) is essential.
  • Preferable ASIC experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to time manage and prioritise tasks.
  • Multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
