Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are seeking experienced retail security officers for various sites across Melbourne.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Providing a visible security presence to protect client sites
  • Demonstrating approachability and strong customer service skills when engaging with the public, visitors, and clients
  • Resolving security incidents promptly and safely
Requirements:
  • Professional and courteous conduct at all times
  • Neat and well-maintained appearance
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to identify and respond professionally to incidents
  • Physical fitness and high customer service standards

Candidate prerequisites:
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

  • Current Victorian Private Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Proactive, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Own transport and Victorian driver's license
  • Australian citizen or right to work in Australia
