Your RoleWe are looking for a Head of Digital Sales – the leader driving growth, retention, and customer satisfaction for Technogym's Digital Solutions in Australia.
In this role, you'll combine consulting expertise with a passion for fitness, digital technology, and wellness. You're achievement-driven, a strong team leader, and a true professional with exceptional customer-relationship skills. This position blends sales, project delivery, education, and customer retention – giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and our clients' success.
Your ImpactOwn and deliver the sales, profit, and growth targets for the Digital Solutions segment.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Digital Sales Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Drive new business growth while maximising retention and loyalty among existing clients.
Build and nurture senior-level relationships with CTO/CIO/CDO stakeholders and strategic partners.
Shape go-to-market strategies, product launches, and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing & Sales leadership.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Establish best practices and thought leadership to keep Technogym at the forefront of digital wellness innovation.

What you should bring:
- 3-5 years' experience in a B2B field position in premium sales
- Advanced use of software: web, social media, ICT devices and tools and cloud services
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- CRM knowledge and implementation
- Experience in selling services, especially digital solutions
- Passion for fitness and wellness
- Integrity and loyalty
- Can do attitude - self-motivated and proactive
