Early Intervention Manager

As an Early Intervention Manager, you will provide proactive, high-quality early intervention to injured workers and employers through personalised face-to-face assistance.
This role will enable you to facilitate effective workplace-based co-ordination of a timely and safe return to work that benefits an injured worker's recovery and helps employers manage their workers' compensation obligations.
Your Responsibilities- Conduct community-based visits to worksites or medical case conferences within the first few days of incident notification.
- Provide accurate and complete information about claims, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders including workers, employers, and treatment providers to assist them navigate the process of a workers compensation claim.
- Measure, monitor, and review the effectiveness of early intervention involvement.
- Drive continuous improvement in the space of early intervention facilitation.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends, providing recommendations for changes.
- A current Driver's License is mandatory.
- You have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in the coordination and facilitation of early intervention practices.
- Tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling) are required.
- You hold a qualification aligned to Occupational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Case Management, or Mediation.
- You have customer service experience.
- You have experience working within the workers compensation industry.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a strong focus on mediating and facilitating reconciliation between parties.
