Type: Permanent, Part-Time (4 days/week)

What You'll Be Doing

Your week will be a blend of finance, compliance, and administration — with a strong focus on keeping our people paid accurately and on time, and our records impeccable.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll for around 100 staff.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in MYOB, process accounts payable, and perform reconciliations.
  • Prepare BAS and statutory compliance lodgements with our external accountant.
  • Support the owners with management reports, budgets, and financial insights.
  • Oversee various administration and operation duties such as managing contracts, insurances, vehicle registers, and OH&S compliance.
  • Keep our IT, phone, and systems running smoothly with supplier coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in finance (bookkeeping/payroll) and administration
  • Manufacturing environment highly regarded
  • Solid MYOB skills and strong knowledge Modern Award interpretation.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a confidential, trustworthy approach.
  • A natural organiser who thrives on variety and can keep multiple priorities on track.
