Senior Payroll Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our team at Goldwind Science and Technology Co.

Goldwind is a leading renewable energy solutions provider, with over 10 years of experience in delivering clean energy, energy conservation, and environmental protection solutions.

As the sole payroll professional, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, governance, and continuous improvement of our payroll function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for monthly salaried and fortnightly EBA-covered employees.
  • Maintain and govern payroll system configuration, employee records, and time/attendance integration using ADP Payforce and ADP RealTime.
  • Interpret complex employment arrangements, including enterprise agreements and modern awards.
  • Deliver responsive and customer-focused service to employees and managers on payroll-related queries.
  • Prepare and submit all required internal and external payroll-related reporting, including Single Touch Payroll (STP), PAYG, superannuation lodgements, FBT, income statements, and audit-ready documentation.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end payroll experience in a standalone or senior payroll position.
  • Strong working knowledge of ADP Payforce and ADP RealTime.
  • Excellent understanding of payroll legislation, Fair Work Act, tax law, superannuation, and accounting principles.
  • Bachelor's degree would be highly regarded.
