Senior Property Manager - Excellent Benefits (Residential)

$90,000 – $95,000 per year + Super + Bonuses

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a long-standing, reputable agency in a new office in Sunnybank.

This business is well-resourced, well-structured, and genuinely values its team. You'll be supported by a full suite of in-house specialists so you can focus on what you do best — managing relationships and delivering exceptional service.

What's on offer:

KPI bonuses (approximately $4,000–$5,000 annually)

Company mobile, laptop and AirPods provided

Additional earning potential through referral commissions (new business and sales)

1 day work-from-home option

Monday to Friday only – no weekends required

Role overview:

Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160–170 properties

End-to-end management with support for vacates, ECRs, and routines

No leasing – all viewings and application processing handled by a dedicated leasing team

No trust accounting – managed by an internal trust accountant

No new business pressure – handled by a separate BDM team

No admin overload – supported by a dedicated administration team

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a Senior Property Management role

High-level communication and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously with a professional and proactive approach

Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Experience with industry software (e.g. PropertyMe or similar) preferred
