About The Role

As a Keepsake Preparation Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in curating personalised keepsakes and preparing pets for their final farewell. Your compassion and attention to detail will ensure families receive a dignified and meaningful experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare pet ashes into urns, boxes, and jewellery with care and precision
  • Create clay, ink, and digital paw prints, including trimming fur and claws
  • Prepare pets for viewings and cremations, including washing and drying
  • Maintain cleanliness of cool rooms and preparation areas
  • Assist with warehouse duties including stock unpacking and deliveries
What We're Looking For
  • Compassion for animals and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to handle deceased pets professionally and ethically
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and performing repetitive tasks
  • Willing to get Q Fever vaccination
  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Proven computer and administrative skills
