About The RoleAs a Keepsake Preparation Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in curating personalised keepsakes and preparing pets for their final farewell. Your compassion and attention to detail will ensure families receive a dignified and meaningful experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare pet ashes into urns, boxes, and jewellery with care and precision
- Create clay, ink, and digital paw prints, including trimming fur and claws
- Prepare pets for viewings and cremations, including washing and drying
- Maintain cleanliness of cool rooms and preparation areas
- Assist with warehouse duties including stock unpacking and deliveries
- Compassion for animals and emotional intelligence
- Ability to handle deceased pets professionally and ethically
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and performing repetitive tasks
- Willing to get Q Fever vaccination
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Proven computer and administrative skills
