Overview

This role is a 12 Month FTC and involves managing a portfolio of VIC stores as a roaming Store Manager, providing stability and consistency where a Store Manager is required.

What You Will Do

Act as a conduit between the Retail Education Manager and store teams, driving success through observation, collaboration, and team leadership. Work full-time on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to achieve sales and growth across the VIC portfolio.

  • Current State Drivers Licence (mobility required)
  • Flexibility to adapt with various teams
  • A demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to driving success
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships
