We've just moved into our brand-new office near Bankstown Airport and are excited to grow our dynamic team We're a friendly, supportive group with a strong mix of early professional careers and new graduates, and we're now looking for experienced OTs who can bring their strengths in supervision - or who have a real interest in developing those skills - to help guide and support our early-career clinicians. With offsite supervisors already in place, we're after practitioners who can be confident leaders in the room, fostering strong collaboration, idea sharing, and day-to-day support. It's a warm, team-focused culture where you'll make a meaningful difference to the people we support

Day-to-day You Will

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You

You Will Also Hold

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist - limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Roles are ideal for experienced OTs with 3+ years experience
