Part-Time position

Olive Tree Speech Pathology provides therapy to children aged 18 months to 18 years. Our caseload also includes adults on some occasions. We are looking for an energetic, passionate and dedicated therapist to take on the role of Occupational Therapist in both clinic and mobile settings. We are primarily based in South Granville, but our mobile range of locations includes Western Sydney, Greater Western Sydney, Canterbury-Bankstown and the Hills District areas.

Position

The position is for an Occupational Therapist to provide services in our clinic and as a mobile therapist in homes, childcares and schools for 3 days per week. The position has the potential to grow to a full time position if desired.

You have an option of part-time employee of $60 per hour, or subcontractor role of 55% of all billable items.

Duties Include

• Provide occupational therapy services to children with disabilities aged 0-18 years.
• Administering standardised assessments to a paediatric disability caseload.
• Conducting individual and group therapy using evidence-based practice.
• Developing reports including assessment reports, progress reports and NDIS reports.
• Maintaining treatment notes.
• Providing both clinic, telehealth, and community-based therapy.
• Attending regular meetings and staff meetings
  
  

Essential Criteria

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with AHPRA
• Driver's licence and access to your own car
• National police check
• Valid working with children checks
• NDIS Workers Check
