The Role

We're seeking a visionary Head of Operations & Growth to own our core operations while supercharging our expansion. This isn't just a job—it's a high-stakes adventure in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats, make bold decisions, and see your ideas come to life.

You'll dive into hands-on leadership, optimising service delivery, scaling our workforce, and unlocking new growth avenues. From recruiting and nurturing a powerhouse team of Occupational Therapists (OTs), physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff to collaborating with the CEO and Chief Product Officer on game-changing strategies, you'll be at the heart of our evolution. If you thrive on turning challenges into opportunities in a resource-lean setting, this role will empower you to create scalable systems that propel us toward nationwide—and global—impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Service Excellence: Lead and elevate service delivery across allied health and disability services, ensuring every client interaction is seamless, impactful, and transformative.
• Build a World-Class Workforce: Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Allied Health professionals, cultivating a thriving talent pool to fuel our rapid expansion and innovation.
• Empower Teams: Manage and inspire a compact yet high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
• Drive Efficiency and Innovation: Identify bottlenecks and implement cutting-edge workflow improvements to streamline operations and boost productivity.
• Master Financials and Metrics: Oversee budgets, generate insightful reports, and track KPIs to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.
• Fuel Growth Strategies: Partner with leadership to spot and seize opportunities like strategic partnerships, innovative new services, and geographic expansions that skyrocket our reach. Own the NDIS, Aged Care space and get ready to explode into the general market next year.

About You

You're a proven operations powerhouse with a track record in health, disability, or allied health services, ready to make waves in a startup world. You:
