Lead Speech Pathologist – Build and Lead a New Service
Salary: $110K–$120K + Super + Bonuses
Location: Perth, WA (Southern Suburbs)
Type: Full-time (with flexibility)
This is a unique opportunity for a Speech Pathologist ready to step into a leadership role and make their mark. You'll be instrumental in developing and growing a brand-new Speech Pathology service for an established allied health provider.
Base pay rangeA$110,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

- A mixed paediatric and adult caseload
The company specialises in disability-specific allied health services, supporting both paediatric and adult clients with:
- Functional capacity and housing assessments
- Daily living skills capacity building
- Assistive technology and accommodation transition planning

About youYou're an SPA-registered Speech Pathologist with experience across paediatric and/or adult caseloads, ideally within the NDIS. You're looking for the next step in your career building, leading, and shaping a new service while working in a supportive and flexible environment.
