About the Role We're seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team, supporting a paediatric-focused or mixed-age caseload. This role offers the perfect balance of clinic-based sessions and community visits, with the flexibility to shape your schedule to suit your lifestyle.

You'll work with a variety of clients, primarily under the NDIS, and have the opportunity to deliver meaningful, evidence-based therapy that supports communication, feeding, and language development.

What You'll Do

  • Provide assessment and therapy to children and/or adults with communication and swallowing needs
  • Work across clinic, home, school, and community settings
  • Create personalised therapy plans and collaborate with families, educators, and support teams
  • Document progress in line with NDIS requirements
  • Contribute to a warm, team-focused environment where your voice is valued

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Membership and current Working With Children Check
  • Experience with NDIS (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
