Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Trainer & Assessor located in Brisbane, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, developing curriculum and lesson plans, assessing and evaluating student performance, providing guidance and support to students, and working closely with employer partners to ensure training meets industry needs. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong teaching, mentoring, and communication skills in ECEC
  • Proficiency in assessing and evaluating student performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employer partners and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification is required
  • Experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector is a plus
