The Role

We are looking for experienced Community Support Workers to join our team in a casual role. As a Community Support Worker, you will work within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development
  • Forging strong connections with participants and understanding their needs, preferences, and goals
Requirements
  • A passion for people and responding to their needs
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Transferable skills in providing care with compassion, empathy, and resilience
  • Physical aptitude to perform various manual tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Authorised to work in Victoria
  • Valid Victorian Driver License
  • Understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector
  • Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification
  • Minimum 2-year industry experience
