We have a permanent part-time position for 26 hours per fortnight as a Residential Support Worker. You will provide comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting, including personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
Our work schedule operates on a fortnightly roster, with work weeks running from Thursday to Wednesday.
Roster DetailsWeek 1- Saturday 3-10 pm Sleepover (7 hours)
- Sunday 6-9 am (3 hours)
- Tuesday 4-7 pm (3 hours)
- Wednesday 4-7 pm (3 hours)
- Sunday 10 am-2 pm (4 hours)
- Tuesday 4-7 pm (3 hours)
- Wednesday 4-7 pm (3 hours)
We are looking for dedicated individuals who can help lead fulfilling lives, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Compliance RequirementsIf successful, you will need to provide:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, or equivalent (desirable)
