About the role

A comfort to our residents and a leader to the team – being a Clinical Care Coordinator is all about how you make people feel. You will:

  1. Drive a continuous improvement culture
  2. Act as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
  3. Focus on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes
  4. Care planning in line with new standards
  5. Take pride in your clinical documentation management skills

You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home. You'll also have:

  1. A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  2. Leadership experience in clinical care
  3. A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
  4. Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC
