Overview

Join to apply for the Driver - Logistics (B-Double) role at Boral.

Boral is seeking a responsible, organised and experienced professional driver to operate a Tanker Truck at two of our Cement Plants. Floating (with notice) between Prestons & Maldon, you will be responsible for delivering product in a safe manner to customer sites throughout the Sydney Metro and Southern regions with the ability to prioritise your workload and conduct yourself safely at all times.

This is a day shift opportunity working Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Safe and efficient cartage of materials in an MC B Double Cement Tanker
  • Conduct daily checks on the vehicle and report maintenance as required
  • Complete basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of materials
  • Communicate effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences
Qualifications
  • Current MC Licence (essential)
  • Proven experience driving a Multi Combination (MC) vehicle
  • Bulk powder tanker experience preferred but not essential
  • OH&S induction for construction industry (White Card)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations
