General Manager - New Business (Cloud) role at Interactive.

Interactive is an Australian owned MSP with 600+ people, holding Microsoft Gold Partner and AWS Partner status. We provide cloud, security and managed services to customers and work with partners to grow our cloud business.

The Role

Reporting into our Head of Sales - Cloud, you will own the net new business sales target and lead a team of Business Development Managers, focusing on both mid-market and enterprise level customers.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach and develop your team to build pipeline and achieve new business sales targets
  • Develop and execute the new business Cloud sales strategy
  • Support and/or lead in driving and closing strategy opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with technical teams, marketing and delivery functions, as well as with vendors and channel partners
  • Continue to cultivate a positive and collaborative sales culture

A Bit About You
  • Experienced sales leader with experience managing teams responsible for securing new logos
  • Fantastic coach and developer of sales talent
  • Experience in an MSP or vendor selling cloud, cyber and/or managed services
  • Able to develop, implement and execute sales strategies that meet new business targets, including direct sales and channel/vendor partnerships
